Acrostar Productions was formed in 1988 by Tom Bertrand. Prior to forming Acrostar Productions Mr. Bertrand spent several years in the Live Stunt Industry as both a performer and Artistic Director for the Pirate Stunt Shows at Canada's Wonderland.

Mr Bertrand directed the opening years of the Pirate Stunt Shows at Australia's Wonderland in 1985-86. Served as consultant and choreographer / trainer for the Movie "THE FLY" a David Cronenburg Film. Included in Mr. Bertrand's portfolio is an extensive background in Gymnastics. Mr. Bertrand was an Olympic Coach at the 1992 Barcelona Games. One of his students, Mike Inglis, placed fifth in the world in Vaulting at the 1991 World Championships in Indianapolis.

Concurrent with Tom's activities as a coach and technician he also continued developing Acrostar Productions. Acrostar has branched out in several market sectors, they include; Sports Real Estate Development through THE HUMAN PERFORMANCE CENTER an Acrostar property, Live Entertainment including Stunt Shows, High Dive Shows and is undertaking the launch of the World Famous Three Stooges Live Show targeted towards Casino Entertainment.

Acrostar Productions was incorporated in 1996 and has produced and managed "Action Entertainment" Worldwide.

Tom Bertrand has consulted to the U.S. High Diving Team through Bridgewater Performance. He has directed several high dive shows at Magic Mountain in California and Great Adventure in New Jersey.

After creating Trampoline Superstars for Hanna Barbera Land in Houston Texas in 1985, Tom devoted his efforts to creating 'after sport' opportunities for athletes. Tom, (or "Bert" as some know him!) is an expert in his field. With extensive training in Stage Combat, Falls, Gymnastics, Body Burns, High Diving, Choreography and Stage Direction, Acrostar can provide full turn key operations or co-produce with the client to provide the best Action Entertainment in the World today.

Acrostar has over 100 amazing performers in its talent pool including Bungee Jumpers, Trampolinists, The ACROSTAR High Divers, Stunt Persons, Actors and Comedians.Acrostar has an excellent safety track record. Acrostar takes the time to train, cast appropriately and ensure the stunt is absolutely safe before being placed in a show setting. With Mr. Bertrand's extensive training in Acrobatics and Sports he is currently an adjunct member of the prestigious ROUND TABLE GROUP of experts out of Washington DC.

Acrostar's creative resources are unique. Having Produced, Co-Produced, Choreographed, Scored and Scripted over ten separate Pirate Stunt Shows (including "THE GHOST OF WILLY BONES", "THE MISADVENTURES OF CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS", "BARNACLE BILL'S SAILING CIRCUS") Tom continues as the President & CEO of Acrostar Productions Inc. Mr. Bertrand has begun plans to incorporate a full time training facility in many high profile markets dedicated to performers and athletes wishing to become involved in the action entertainment industry. Acrostar has signed with Cushman Wakefield of Manhattan for broker representation in Manhattan.
